Crackers with Majorcan Sobrassada and honey

 galletes amb sobrassadaIngredients: 

  • Well cured Majorcan Sobrassada
  • 2 spoonfuls of water.
  • 24 crackers.
  • 3 spoonfuls of honey.

 

Method:

  • Take the sobrasada out of the fridge about an hour before preparing the crackers.
  • Cut the crackers in halves and spread the sobrassada on each of them.
  • Nicely arrange the crackers on a plate.
  • Pour some honey over the crackers and serve
  • Preparation time: 15 minutes.
