Pork sirloin with garlic mayonnaise of sobrassada and honey

llomillo-iallioli-mel-sobrassada Ingredients:

  • 1 pork sirloin.
  • bacon slices.
  • salt
  • brown sugar.
  • 1 clove of garlic.
  • 50g Majorcan sobrassada.
  • 2 spoonfuls of honey.
  • 1 egg.
  • Olive and sunflower oil

 

 

 

Method:

  • Cut the sirloin into 2 cm slices.
  • Add salt and pepper and wrap every cut with a bacon slice.
  • Heat some olive oil in a frying pan and when hot, gently sauté the sirloins on both sides.
  • Arrange them in an ovenproof container.
  • Prepare the garlic mayonnaise with 1 egg, salt, 1 clove of garlic and the sunflower oil.
  • Once the garlic mayonnaise is made, add Majorcan sobrassada and honey
  • Mix it with a blender.
  • Spread a spoonful of garlic mayonnaise and some brown sugar over the sirloins.
  • Melt it in the oven until browned.
  • It can be served with french fries and a bowl with the remaining garlic mayonnaise.
